Southwold Cottages

There's so much to enjoy in one of our Southwold holiday cottages by the sea in the delightful Edwardian town of Southwold or in one of the pretty villages nearby such as Reydon or Wangford, where you can select from our range of Suffolk Country Cottages.

Southwold really is the jewel of the Suffolk Heritage Coast with its sand and shingle beach, fishermen’s cottages, lighthouse, working harbour and Adnams Brewery. And Southwold Pier attracts thousands of visitors each year with its quirky amusement arcade and high-quality cafes and restaurants.  Our latest guide, Things To Do in Suffolk details some of our picks of the best places to visit in Suffolk.

Walberswick and Dunwich, a little further south along this stretch of coast, are timeless seaside villages, set just back from the shingle beach. A stay in a holiday cottage here offers the draw of the beach, fantastic walking and wildlife, along with a superb choice of characterful village pubs and cosy cafes serving great food.

We also have many holiday cottages inland across Suffolk, offering the convenience of Southwold close by, but in a more tranquil village setting. Reydon is a 20-minute stroll from Southwold, while Wangford, Wrentham and Brampton are a 5-10 minute drive away. View our Area Guides for more inspiration.
