Blythburgh Holiday Cottages

Blythburgh is a small village, a few miles inland of Southwold, dominated by the village church, known locally as the 'Cathedral on the Marsh': a stunning sight when floodlit in the evening. It is also home to a popular pub and well-stocked village shop.

The village sits on the banks of the magnificent River Blyth estuary, an area interspersed with footpaths and a mecca for migrating birds - making this an ideal holiday cottage base for bird-watchers, photographers and walkers.

The pretty seaside villages of Walberswick and Dunwich are close by, as is Henham Park, best known for staging the Latitude Festival and Grand Henham Steam Rally each year.
