As a booking agency, we will have a thorough, personal knowledge of each cottage and its facilities, its surroundings and its special attractions, so we can persuade the customer to come to one specially selected cottage.

Heritage Hideaways is owned by Philip and Marion Anthony and aims to provide high quality holiday accommodation in the Heritage Coast area. Our experience is based on owning and running holiday properties since 1991 in Suffolk. Our personal service has ensured that our guests have returned on a regular basis to enjoy attractive holiday accommodation with the highest standard of comfort and service.

Together with our colleagues Clare, Jenny, Hannah & Tanya, we have all been involved in the service industry for a number of years and recognise and value the importance of customer service and communication. All the owners of our cottages have come to us through personal recommendation and we thoroughly believe this far exceeds expensive marketing.
