It is a guiet location for a weekend away by the sea enjoying a variety of entertainment by way of walking, cycling or exploring the lovely seaside towns and villages, as well as the wealth of countryside pursuits including farmers' markets, gardens and plant nurseries, historic houses and sites, clay pigeon shooting, golf and fishing to name but a few.

The nearby Edwardian town of Southwold is famous for its brewery and Adnams beer and a variety of restaurants, pubs, cafes and tea rooms in both Southwold and Walberswick can be reached by foot, cycle or car from Walberswick. The locality has a huge variety of excellent restaurants from fine dining and celebrity chefs to local fish and chips cooked in Adnams beer batter.

The cottage has a spacious garden with tree house, trampoline and football nets plus a thached storage area with bbq, patio heater and summer seating. The garden is mainly laid to lawn and is overlooked by the house which has glazed doors from the living area. Parking is available for 2/3 cars parked carefully!

The cottage has full oil fired central heating with the bonus of a woodburning stove in the sitting room. It has beautiful parquet flooring throughout the hall and sitting room and is fully carpeted upstairs.
