Each cottage has its own small paved terrace with garden furniture and share a well equipped laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, sink for washing dogs or wellies! Yes, one small, well behaved pet is welcome to enjoy exploring the area with their owners.

The town of Hingham offers an array of shops from a butcher, bakery, chemist, interior designer and a pub, all within walking distance. There are also two village greens with elegant Georgian houses around them making the village very picturesque.

Public transport runs frequently with the fine city of Norwich being only 14 miles away, http://www.visitnorwich.co.uk/things-to-do.aspx, the Norfolk Coast is within an hour's drive and the popular Edwardian seaside town of Southwold on the Suffolk Heritage Coast is also an hour's drive away.
