This spacious and bright apartment is an ideal holiday property, being in the middle of the Edwardian seaside town of Southwold and able to accommodate a family or friends, sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms, plus 2 on a very comfortable sofa bed in a separate sitting room.

The apartment has its own paved entrance from the High Street where children's buggies and sandy shoes can be stored safely. The hall and stairs to the first floor apartment are carpeted and the turned stairs are easy to use, well lit and have a good hand rail. The apartment has high ceilings, large windows all with white wooden Venetian blinds and a combination of carpets, rugs and laminate flooring. These elements combine to provide spacious living accommodtion with corner sofa, additional armchairs, dining room table and chairs, coffee tables and wonderful artwork on the walls.

The kitchen is cleverly tucked away in an efficient and well planned space off the living area, with the design being chosen around a nautical theme of shiny surfaces, clean lines and cunning storage options. The Induction hob is another design feature and a joy to use and so easy to clean!

The family shower room is a fabulous place with floor and walls covered in travertine stone tiles, a walk in shower with Aqualisa shower, large porceline handbasin and WC, the small window is an interesting piece of artwork, which you have to see to enjoy.

The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and beautifully co-ordinated furnishings. The twin bedroom is also attractively furnished with upholstered headboards on the beds and co-ordinating bed linen.

The second sitting room can be transformed into a comfortable bedroom using the leather sofa bed but as a TV room it is ideal for children, with its flat screen TV.
