This spacious and bright apartment is an ideal holiday property, being in the middle of the Edwardian seaside town of Southwold and able to accommodate a family or friends, sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms, plus 2 on a very comfortable sofa bed in a separate sitting room. The apartment has its own paved entrance from the High Street where children's buggies and sandy shoes can be stored safely. The hall and stairs to the first floor apartment are carpeted and the turned stairs are easy to use, well lit and have a good hand rail. The apartment has high ceilings, large windows all with white wooden Venetian blinds and a combination of carpets, rugs and laminate flooring.
