Situated in the lovely seaside village of Walberswick, this cottage was recently extended and renovated to provide spacious accommodation for two families for beach holidays or a group of friends looking for a weekend beside the sea, getting some exercise on the beach and eating and drinking the excellent local produce.
The house has plenty of open plan space on the ground floor with french doors opening out on to the decked terrace overlooking the south facing garden. The pretty garden is laid to lawn with raised beds and trees, together with a large dog kennel and run and storage shed for bicyles and beach equipment. The front garden is well designed with a paved parking area for three cars. The front and back gardens are separated by a gate and fence making the back garden secure for children and pets. A croquet set is available for those that feel the need !
The house is centrally heated by oil and double glazed.
