Set in 16 acres of peaceful woodland and paddocks belonging to Mount Pleasant Farm, this breathtaking thatched barn has been converted to a very high standard to provide spacious accommodationation for a family or two couples.

This living area has three large comfortable sofas, a coffee table, bookcases, a superb three quarter sized snooker table, TV with Freeview/DVD/video, CD/radio and electric keyboard/klavinova.
At each end of the barn are two smaller, red brick barns in which the ground floor bedroom and ensuite bathroom are located and the kitchen, shower room and first floor bedroom are located. These are known as the 'Old Stable End' and the 'Old Dairy End'. The Old Stable End has a spacious double bedroom and ensuite shower room with WC and handbasin and views over the garden and views over the garden and to the owners beautiful Tudor house. Old Dairy End is a two storey barn which has an attractive glazed hallway, ground floor kitchen and dining area, shower room with WC and handbasin. Upstairs is a spacious double bedroom with sofa bed for plus 2, good storage and views over the pond with a pair of black swans and garden.
The owners' house is just across the well kept lawn from the barn and guests are invited to share the grounds with them. Marked footpaths from the barn take walkers through the beautiful Suffolk countryside to the Munnings Trail and many cycle paths. The local villages of Cratfield and Rumburgh have pubs serving local beers and the renowned Fox and Goose at Fressingfield is a short drive away. The nearest shops are found in the pretty market town of Halesworth which also has a Farmers' Market. Halesworth also has a railway station with the stations of Beccles and Darsham being a little further away.
