This house is a truly exclusive rental in the heart of Southwold. It is located in a prime position just off the Market Square and within a few minutes walk of the beach and promenade.

The owners have lovingly renovated and decorated to create a contemporary interior which invokes a calming and serene atmoshphere with an open-plan living area downstairs and cosy, comfortable bedrooms upstairs, together with stylish, up to the minute bathrooms.
The accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen,sitting and dining room with a large comfortable sofas leading to a dining area with large wooden table and six chairs. The sunlight streams in the three windows overlooking East Street, giving a light and airy atmosphere to the room but at night shutters can be closed to create a warm and cosy ambience in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher makes cooking a pleasure. Off of the kitchen is a wet room providing an excellent shower, WC and handbasin. A glazed door opens on to the decked garden, with garden furniture and a shed housing a washing machine and tumble dryer and a tall fridge/freezer.

A wrought iron spiral staircase in the living area provides access to the large landing, with a stylish single day bed. This room has large windows with shutters and ample storage space and ideal location for the travel cot provided by owners. Off of this is a small double bedroom (king size bed) and built in wardrobes leading to the new, delightful family bathroom. This is fitted to an extremely high specification, comprising a roll top bath and under floor heating.
The second bedroom is a compact loft conversion with double bed, storage space and Velux window, access to which is from the landing.
