Dingley Dell has been lovingly designed to create a perfect country escape. The cottage, built in the grounds of the owners house, is on two floors. The front door opens onto the living room, which leads to an open plan dining room and well equipped fitted kitchen. There is a downstairs cloakroom and separate door leading to an outside paved area and private garden. Stairs from the kitchen lead to the two bedrooms and bathroom.

Set in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside, Dingley Dell is 7 miles from the Georgian town of Holt and only 6 miles from the seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer. The local coastal resorts are easily accessible, as is the Cathedral City of Norwich; some 30 minutes drive away. Close by is the historic Blickling Hall the one time home of Anne Boleyn, Mannington Hall and Wolterton Hall, see www.manningtongardens.co.uk. The Thursford Collection is just a few miles away which is a real treat at Christmas.
