A pretty end of terrace cottage with stylish and contemporary accommodation for families or two couples wishing to enjoy the delights of coast and country, in this well located cottage in the village of Reydon which is close to the delightful seaside town of Southwold.

Kitchen: Fitted kitchen units with electric oven and gas hob, fridge and separate freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher
Downstairs cloakroom: WC with handbasin
Living room: Dining table and four chairs, sofa, chair and bean bag, TV, glazed door to garden.
Enclosed garden With garden table and chairs, York stone paving and planting in pots, door to rear drive way with access to community playing fields.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, good storage and views to farmland. A travel cot available, if required
Bedroom 2: Twin beds.
Bathroom: Bath with hand shower, WC and handbasin.
Parking: In front of cottage and in front of garage. Garage is locked for owners' use.
- A medium sized, well behaved dog is welcome but please do not allow it to foul the paving or it will stain. A dog can be exercised on neighbouring community playing fields, off the lead, but please scoop the poop! In addition, there are well marked footpaths in the area close to the cottage.
- Bed linens and towels are provided.
- Travel cot available.
- A 'no smoking' policy applies for this property.
