This is a beautifully furnished and welcoming cottage in the attractive village of Wangford, only 3 miles from Southwold and the seaside.
The kitchen has ample storage space, crockery, cutlery and utensils displayed to create a welcoming atmosphere. A stable door to the outside space is attractively framed with trellis and climbing plants and leads to a shared pathway down to a secluded walled garden. The cottage is part of a terrace of cottages and these share the pathway to their own outhouses, all of which are well cared for.
The garden is created on two levels, one paved and the other of lawn and is well maintained throughout the year to create a very pleasant place to sit or eat at the table and chairs provided.
The bedrooms are reached by a narrow but straight staircase with a strong handrail, and provide a spacious double room with views over the church, a small double bedroom, a single room and a bathroom.
