It sits within a quiet garden surrounded by hedgerows and trees. The barn has been converted to a high specification to create a light and spacious atmosphere furnished in a contemporary style, with terracotta tiles throughout the ground floor and exposed timbers blending well with sliding french doors on to the west facing deck where garden furniture is provided.

The living area is open plan with a large and impressive room with high timbered ceilings. A log burner provides additional heating to the oil-fired underfloor heating system and radiators in the bedrooms. The dining area has views to the rear of the property. A TV/freeview/DVD are provided in the sitting room. There are 2 ground floor bedrooms, one with a single bed with pull-out bed under for twin beds or one double bed. The washing machine and dryer and CH boiler are located in cupboard within this room. The other bedroom has a double sofa bed. These rooms share the ground floor wet room with shower, WC and handbasin, which may be suitable for people with limited mobility.

The main bedrooms of the barn are located on the first floor and each has their own separate staircase and ensuite bath/shower room with handbasin and WC.
