A TV/freeview/DVD are provided in the sitting room. There are 2 ground floor bedrooms, one with a single bed with pull-out bed under for twin beds or one double bed. The washing machine and dryer and CH boiler are located in cupboard within this room. The other bedroom has a double sofa bed. These rooms share the ground floor wet room with shower, WC and handbasin, which may be suitable for people with limited mobility.
The main bedrooms of the barn are located on the first floor and each has their own separate staircase and ensuite bath/shower room with handbasin and WC.

Garden: with parking for 3/4 cars on gravel, decking area with garden furniture and large grass area for ball games surrounded by mature trees and hedges with stream along boundary - this is not fenced so care should be taken with children.
