Nestling in the pretty north Suffolk country side, this cottage is ideally located for exploring the wide variety of interesting places in this part of East Anglia, including castles and historic houses at Bungay and Framlingham, Somerleyton, Sandringham and Ickworth; beautiful gardens at Blickling Hall, Bressingham and The Old Vicarage Garden at East Ruston and pretty seaside towns and villages of Southwold, Aldeburgh, Walberswick, Happisburgh, Blakeney, Holkham and Cley.
For children, there are Bewilderwood www.bewilderwood.co.uk and Go Ape www.goape.co.uk for the adventurous, plus Pettits Farm and Gressenhall Rural Life Museum www.getalifeguide.co.uk, plus beaches, rivers and the Norfolk Broads to explore.
The award winning market towns of Bungay, Beccles and Halesworth offer a wide variety of local produce, excellent restaurants, art galleries, theatres and excellent clothes and gift shops to interest everyone, plus a huge variety of entertainment during the summer from village fetes to music festivals www.latitudefestival.co.uk and www.giginthepark.co.uk
The rural setting of the cottage offers half an acre of grounds with space for ball games and a spinney and mature hedges for attracting wildlife. Frequent visitors include woodpeckers, finches, blackcaps, skylarks, chiffchaffs, tits, jays, ducks and owls. The well marked footpaths accessible from the cottage provide visitors with relaxing walks or bike rides. Trout fishing is available nearby and the owners of the cottages can arrange a visit for you.

Bedroom 1:single bedded room with chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps and en suite shower room with WC and handbasin, which may be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Cot, hire chair and stairgate provided. Brambles and Dragonfly can be hired together to accommodate 10 people
