The property has recently been completely refurbished with a stylish and personal touch to provide a spacious and comfortable house for 8 people, plus pull out bed and a cot.
Bittern House is available for weekly rental throughout the year with the option of short breaks (three night minimum) out of high season. Sorry - no pets.
The owners have created a holiday house of very high standard, based on those they wish to enjoy on holiday. This is a beautifully furnished and equipped house.
Holiday cottage accommodation
Bedroom 1:Queen sized double bed with en-suite shower room, wash basin and w.c. with view of Southwold Lighthouse
Bedroom 2:Twin room (with space for a cot).
Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed on the third floor with view of the St Edmunds Church.
Bedroom 4: Twin bedded room on the third floor.
Bathroom 1: First floor family bathroom with a freestanding roll top bath, separate shower cabinet and handbasin. A separate WC is located next door on the landing.
Bathroom 2: Second floor with bath and hand held shower, hand basin and WC.
Kitchen:Fabulous brand new kitchen with granite worktops, dishwasher, fridge, electric over with gas hob, micro-wave and plenty of storage.
Dining room:With table and chairs for 8-10.
Sitting Room 1: Spacious with 2 sofas and armchair.
Sitting Room 2: Sofa, armchair, TV/DVD/video.
General:Original outbuildings now housing the fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier and BBQ.
Outside:Patio which is furnished with a table and chairs and planters. Parking is available on Stradbroke Road.
- The house is centrally heated, prices include all heating, bed linen and towels.
- Cot available but not high chair, which maybe hired from HHL.
- Short breaks available.
- A 'no smoking' policy applies for this property.
