Barn Cottage is one of four self catering cottages at Elm Barns, a unique wedding venue on the Norfolk/Suffolk border and now Heritage Hideaways has the opportunity to offer these cottages for Christmas and New Year holidays.
Barn Cottage is a pretty barn conversion which displays comfort, charm and style. Decorated and refurbished to the highest standards and situated amid the peaceful, picturesque Norfolk countryside beside a working farm, the cottage offers a rural retreat on the borders of Suffolk and Norfolk in a truly beautiful setting that is yours to enjoy.
Barn Cottage and Meadow Cottage sit side by side and are part of the attractive courtyard of the larger Grade II listed moated Queen Anne main house. For Christmas and New Year gatherings, the living area in Barn Cottage provides just enough seating in the sitting room and with the addition of a second dining table, ample room for large family meals.

Ground floor facilities and accommodation: Central heating throughout
Kitchen:Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier
Living Area: Large sitting room with comfy seating with sofas and armchairs, television and video, stereo system and wood burner (logs are available from the farm)
Bathroom and toilet: Ground floor
Bedroom 1:Twin bedded room on ground floor
Bedroom 2: Double bedded room (link beds, so can be twin if necessary) on ground floor
Entrance hall leading to stairs and first floor:
Bedroom 3:Large double bedded room with private en suite bathroom (also link beds so can be a twin if required)
Bedroom 4:Double bedded room with private en suite bathroom
Outside:Walled garden with parking for 2/3 cars, views over farmland
Central heating throughout. No smoking. Children welcome. Pets by arrangement. Bed linen and towels included. Heating cost of £25.00 per week. Bicycles available for guests use.
