No 8 The Terrace is a spacious family house with a large secluded garden to the rear and a pretty front garden, ideally situated in the delightful village of Walberswick, one of the prettiest villages on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. The house offers a warm and relaxed ambience for families or friends wishing to enjoy the delights of a seaside holiday or weekend away and is available throughout the year.
Walberswick is located just south of Southwold which can be reached by car (the long way around) or by bicycle over the common and Bailey Bridge to Blackshore and Southwold Harbour, or by ferry, the rowing boat which crosses the river to Southwold.
It offers an excellent selection of well-sign posted walks over the marshes, a haven for birdwatchers or over the heath and farmland which border the village.
The village offers a good shop and Post Office, two good pubs/hotels with a variety of excellent locally produced food and a delightful range of gift shops and tea rooms. The beach is bordered by sand dunes and offers good swimming and some surfing.
