This is a delightful family house with spacious accommodation for a family or group of friends to come and enjoy the delights of the Suffolk coastline and countryside. The house also has a lovely private garden at the rear of the cottage, a small well kept garden at the front of the property and two parking spaces.
The cottage is beautifully presented with comfortable furnishings and attractive interior decorating throughout. The large sitting room and dining room has recently been redecorated and has views to the dunes and the beach, which is only a few minutes walk away. A beach hut is also available to rent with this cottage.
The village of Walberswick offers two pubs serving excellent food, a well stocked village shop and Post Office, a small variety of gift shops and tea shops, as well as a variety of entertainment through the summer months including concerts and summer fairs, the National Crabbing Championships, Jill Freud's Summer Theatre at Southwold and Aldeburgh.
