Recently redecorated and with a newly fitted kitchen, this house offers very comfortable holiday accommodation throughout the year in Southwold. Two double bedrooms, a twin and a bunk bedded room offer flexibility to guests who may wish to visit throughout the year to enjoy this seaside towns attractions, together with the restaurants and pubs with its excellent locally brewed Adnams beer.
The first floor sitting room with its superb sea views is a very relaxing place to enjoy at any time and the newly fitted kitchen is well organised and equipped to prepare locally caught fish and produce.
Southwold is an ideal place to come and park your car for the duration of your holiday and get some exercise in the invigorating sea air - everything is within easy walking distance. It is just a short walk down on to the beach, which is patrolled, to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday for all the family. Older children can gain a little independence by walking to the local tennis courts or putting green or down to the boating lake and along the Pier. Whilst everyone else can walk to the cinema, to St Edmunds Hall for Jill Freud's Summer, Theatre productions, to church and further afield to the Common, Golf Club, the harbour and the footbridge to Walberswick.
The whole area is a mecca for bird life and the RSPB centre in Minsmere is not far away - you can get there by bike following the paths but you may have to use the car!
