Description

Self Catering National Quality Assurance Standard RatingThis bright and spacious house has been recently renovated to provide excellent accommodation for a family looking for a traditional seaside holiday, or a group of friends looking to enjoy the delights of this lovely Edwardian seaside town, offering the award winning pubs and wine shops of Adnams Brewery, local produce from the many suppliers in the town and fish from the busy harbour at Black Shore, together with stylish clothes shops, delicious delicatessens, tea shops and brimming craft and gift shops and art galleries.

For those feeling more energetic, walks from Southwold vary from strolls along the beach and through the dunes, to long walks through the marshes, heaths and fields to Dunwich and a huge variety of pretty villages and towns. Bicycles may be hired or brought to the house and kept under lock and key in the garden.

The house has polished wooden floorboards with rugs and is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. The large kitchen and dining area overlook the garden and has an electric hob and split level oven, plenty of storage and good quality crockery and cutlery. The two large reception rooms are perfect for parents and children to get away from each other and the bedrooms are all good sizes with feather duvets and pillows.

Outside offers a paved front garden, driveway and parking for two cars. The enclosed rear garden is spacious with trees and lawn. Garden furniture and a charcoal barbeque are also available.

The house is next door to the Southwold Tennis Club where courts maybe booked and is within walking distance of the Pier, promenade and beach.
