The cottage is situated just a short walk from the beach and all the delightful facilities of Walberswick which include two excellent pubs serving good food and the famous local beer and wine from Adnams Ales, the village shop and Post Office plus a small variety of gift shops and tea rooms.
The cottage provides comfortable accommodation with two bedrooms, one with sea views, a cosy sitting room with open fire, spacious kitchen and living area with an excellent range of kitchen units, equipment plus attractive antique furniture and further seating.
The enclosed, south-facing garden is part lawn and part paving with garden furniture for outside entertainment.
