This is a beautifully presented studio apartment on the ground floor of The Yacht Yard, with a large picture window in the sitting room looking out on to the River Blyth, the beach, the dunes and neighbouring wooden cottages. This cottage would be an ideal romantic hideaway

The apartment has been modernised with a fitted kitchen and dining area, up to date shower room and open plan sitting area with the double bed being on a raised platform above a small area of the sitting room.

This unusual sleeping area is reached by a paddle staircase which although narrow gives comfortable access to the bed, which is surrounded by wooden balustrade. Head room is slightly limited but the bed is very comfortable and bedside lights create a delightful ambience to the area at night.

Kitchen/Dining Area:Fitted kitchen with good storage, electric oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle. NB No washing machine. Dining table and chairs.
Sitting Area:With sofa, chairs, coffee tables, TV, views to river, beach and dunes. The sleeping area is accessed from the open plan area by a straight paddle staircase to the sleeping platform.
Shower Room:Large shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
Outside:Small decked sitting area,with river views. Parking at front of property available.
