Quietly situated in delightful and undulating Suffolk countryside, this attractive brick and flint cottage has been converted from a two storey barn and a Victorian greenhouse to provide excellent accommodation for eight people plus two on a sofa bed in the living room.
Outside is a large garden with paved terrace, garden furniture and barbeque, together with use of the 14 acre grounds with stream (children beware) which are shared with the owners who live next door. A games room is also available with table tennis, darts, soccer table, croquet and boules. Baby sitting is available by arrangement and the cottage has been renovated to accommodate wheel chair access. Vineyard tours and tastings by arrangement.

Living area:Has some of the original beams and a wooden floor with rugs, large comfortable sofas and a generous dining room table and chairs.

Games room:A games room is also available with table tennis, darts, table football, small snooker table, croquet, boules and new short tennis court.
