Meadow Cottage is one of four self catering cottages at Elm Barns, a unique wedding venue on the Norfolk/Suffolk border and now Heritage Hideaways has the opportunity to offer these cottages for Christmas and New Year holidays.
Meadow Cottage is a pretty barn conversion which displays comfort, charm and style. Decorated and refurbished to the highest standards and situated amid the peaceful, picturesque Norfolk countryside beside a working farm, the cottage offers a rural retreat on the borders of Suffolk and Norfolk in a truly beautiful setting that is yours to enjoy.
Meadow Cottage and Barn Cottage sit side by side and are part of the attractive courtyard of the larger Grade II listed moated Queen Anne main house. Meadow Cottage is the smaller of the two cottages and offers cosy open plan living accommodation plus two ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms, which may be attractive for people with mobility problems.
For Christmas and New Year gatherings, the living area in Barn Cottage provides just enough seating in the sitting room and with the addition of a second dining table, ample room for large family meals.
