A large hall leads into a very spacious and light sitting/dining room with large windows and French doors leading out into the spacious, south facing garden with garden furniture and planted borders. The dining room table, benches and chairs seat 8 comfortably and the sitting room is furnished with sofa and chairs with a window seat along the large sash windows.

The sitting room area has a gas effect fire, TV and video with music centre and videos can easily be rented at the Co-op supermarket 10 minutes walk from the house. Stairgate available.

Parking is available outside the house but please do not park in front of No 11. Own transport is helpful but not essential and the nearest train station is at Saxmundham.
General:Gas central heating. Telephone with incoming calls only. The Orange network works well but other networks have reception problems.
Pets:1 well behaved pet is welcome but strictly not on the furniture and not upstairs
